Known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’, Kundalini Yoga is a fun and challenging practice that supports physical health, emotional maturity, and mental clarity. Kundalini yoga’s different ‘kriyas’ or ‘sets’ are more than random sets of exercises – for every physical movement we add a special blend of intention, mantra (repeated sounds), breath, mudra (hand positions), bandhas (physical ‘locks’) and meditation. Each kriya provides a unique effect that awakens the dormant energy we have within, shakes it up, and then circulates it through the body for self-healing, unlimited creative potential and blissful state of mind.
